I’m Amelie, and I guide sensitive individuals as a mentor and companion on their journey to deep connection with themselves – to their true self and core essence. I am trained as a Breathwork Therapist and in Vinyasa Yoga, and I also hold a Master’s degree in Art History, among other qualifications.
Breathwork - The Power of your breath
Breathwork (transformational breathing) is so much more than simply practicing different breathing techniques — it is a tool for profound personal growth and transformation. For thousands of years, breath has been used as a holistic therapeutic approach to release trauma, tension, and stored energy on physical, mental, and emotional levels.
Your breath is the bridge to your subconscious – it gives you access to your innermost self, allowing you to consciously face and work through many issues, a place where all the answers lie. Through an intensive breathing technique, we move from the mind into the body, entering an expanded state of consciousness that enables us to have deep experiences and bring the unconscious to the surface.
For example, blockages, traumas, and suppressed emotions can be released, stress and anxiety reduced, toxins eliminated from the body, and deep spiritual insights and inspirations gained. The experiences and benefits are vast and always unique to each individual.
TO HEAL IT, YOU NEED TO FEEL IT – This is what creates space for the new, for growth, your truth, and your true self.
